My optometrist was extremely thorough, my appointment didn't feel at all rushed and he took the time to explain everything in detail. I found it difficult to book an appointment through the booking line however staff in store were very helpful.

Excellent service, very thorough eye test and good discounts on prices. Didn't have to ask for discounts and was told about the extra 25% for pensioners by Gully, the optometrist. Will go again next time.

my initial appointment was good. I liked using all the different testing machines as i had not done that before. Everything was very clean and staff was Friendly. I had 2 issues. 1) when i came to collect my glasses my appointment was at 1150 am. I was in the queue at that time and stood there for about 5 minutes with one woman ahead of me. Then i got told to take a seat and was left with my infant son (who was ok at first but started to get irritated) until 12:17 pm when someone finally brought my glasses... over 25 minutes to be seen was not good, esp. with baby in tow. I felt like id been forgotten - no body spoke to me. 2) I then went to the main till to make other purchases and was then given a coupon for free eye test... this rubbed me the wrong way as i had paid for my test 7 days earlier. I feel like as a boots card holder eye tests should be free if you buy glasses in store. Tescos brand name glasses are cheaper and the test is free.

I needed new glasses and both members of staff were brilliant at helping me. everything was explained easily and I was helped to pick a new pair of glasses. excellent service by Jess & Gully in Boots Meadowhall, Sheffield
